I was fully prepared for some kind of delivery drama, but nope, the pizza oven arrived exactly as ordered. Right model, every little bit included, no mysterious missing parts or mix-ups. it felt like a small miracle. Happy with how smoothly it all went.

"Really solid oven so far"
I picked this up from Pizza Ovens a few months ago, and so far it’s been great. The whole thing feels really sturdy, not cheap or flimsy at all. The doors and handles feel solid, and it’s held up fine through plenty of weekend use. It’s definitely heavy, but in a good way. No rattling or loose parts or anything like that so far.

"Showed up faster than I thought"
I ordered from pizzaovens.com and the shipping was quicker than I was expecting. I got the tracking not long after I placed the order, and it ended up arriving a couple days before the original estimate, which was a nice surprise.
I’m giving it 4 stars only because the box had a little dent on one side, but the oven itself was totally fine when I opened it. Haven’t had any major issues so far, so overall I’m happy with how it went

"A clunky mess on my phone"
I was just trying to browse for a pizza oven, but the site was being a total pain. It felt messy, pages dragged a bit, and the filters were basically useless little troublemakers that didn’t help narrow things down much.
On my phone, the menu was super annoying, and I had to tap around like an idiot just to find basic info. The products look nice, but the website itself is a clunky nuisance and made the whole thing way harder than it needed to be.

"Pretty happy with the pizza oven"
I got my pizza oven sooner than I thought, I kind of lost track because I thought it was supposed to show up later in the week, or maybe the next one, but it arrived early either way. It was packed really well and everything looked good. I had one quick question after setting it up, and support got back to me fast. I’ve used it a few weekends now, or maybe just two, but so far no problems at all

My pizza oven arrived in great shape. The box felt really sturdy, and nothing inside was dented, rattling around, or messed up. I opened it expecting at least some little scratch or loose piece, nope, totally fine. whoever packed this thing deserves a raise

I was shopping around for a pizza oven and, Pizza Ovens had way more options than I expected. They had different sizes, fuel types, and price ranges laid out clearly enough, which was nice because apparently comparing products shouldn’t have to feel like a full-time job. I also appreciated not having to bounce between a dozen different sites just to see what’s out there. Overall, happy with the selection

"Surprised by how little wood it uses"
I figured getting a pizza oven meant I’d be constantly feeding it wood all evening, but that hasn’t been the case at all. The oven I got from Pizza Ovens heats up really fast, and the first time I used it, I kept waiting for it to need more fuel than it did. We made a few pizzas, hung around outside, and it just kept going without burning through a huge pile of wood. I was impressed. It’s been easy to use and way more efficient than I expected.

The oven gets hot really quickly, faster than I thought it would. I even saw support mention something like, “it should preheat fast,” and they weren’t kidding. So far, it’s been super convenient.

"Refund was quick — no hassle at all"
I had to send back an oven because it ended up being a little too big for my space — i was expecting the return to be a headache. But pizzaovens.com made it really straightforward. They got back to me quickly, sent over the return details, and the refund showed up sooner than I thought it would. Solid service, I’d definitely order from them again.

"Pretty solid heat once you get the hang of it"
This oven holds its temp better than I thought it would. It only drops a bit when you open the door, which is kind of unavoidable, but still — I was expecting way worse. It did take me a couple tries to figure out the timing and not mess with it too much, because apparently I can’t just leave a pizza alone for five minutes. But once I got used to it, the pizzas started coming out evenly cooked. Not perfect, but definitely reliable enough. 4 stars from me

"Cleaning Takes More Effort Than I Expected"
I kind of assumed this would be easy to clean because it looked simple, but that was definitely a mental shortcut on my part. In real use, it takes more effort than I’d like to keep it looking clean, and that gets annoying fast

I wasn’t totally sure which oven would actually fit on my patio, so I sent them an email on a Sunday, not really expecting to hear back anytime soon. They replied way quicker than I thought, and the answer was genuinely helpful, not just some generic copy and paste response.
After that, placing the order was easy. I had one more question about delivery, and they got back to me quickly again, which I really appreciated. Overall, I’m really happy with the support, and it made the whole thing feel stress-free...

My pizza oven arrived with a nice little dent on one side, because apparently shipping companies like to add their own finishing touches. I was irritated at first, but I emailed pizzaovens.com with a few photos and they replied the same day.
They sent out the replacement part without turning it into some epic customer service quest, which was a pleasant surprise. It took a few days to get here, and now everything looks the way it should. it was nice dealing with a company that just fixes the issue instead of pretending the dent adds character.

I ordered this from pizzaovens.com and honestly... I was surprised by how easy it was to put together. The instructions were clear, and I managed to get it assembled without needing anyone else to help. It took less time than I thought it would too. Really happy with it so far...

I had to reach out for help with a warranty issue, and they did get it taken care of. The replies were a bit slow, so it was not the quickest process, but everything was sorted out in the end.

The oven showed up exactly when they said it would, and that took one more bit of stress out of the day. The box was in decent shape too, so it felt like things were handled well. Sometimes it’s the simple stuff, like a delivery being on schedule, that makes the whole process feel a lot easier.

"Great oven, but why were the accessories so hard to find?"
I bought an oven from here and was excited about it, but then half the accessories I wanted were out of stock. I ended up having to check other sites just to find a peel and cover, which felt kind of annoying after spending this much. Am I wrong for thinking the basic accessories should be easier to get when you’re buying the oven?
